Renren, the most popular social-networking service in China. I have been using it for 3 years and what I saw everyday from my homepage, is at least one of my friends or school mates register in this social-network. It is undeniable that Renren is a really appropriate way to meet friends or making friends whom you didn't know. The fact is I did really meet some of my classmates who out of touch for so long.
Also, people post their status, articles and photographs. And people were interested in those would share information about what they saw and what they liked. So, even people stay home for all day, they still know what was happening around them or the world.
But those benefits also has some bad influences. People start to try to know everything from this social-networking. They didn't read papers, stop watching news. But social-networks are basically different from web portals, they had big numbers of personal ideas and opinions. And those are easy to change your point of views which might be dangers in some points.

Special post- argument

After I read the artcle "The Importance of Education in Supply Chain Management", I think education of Supply Chain Management in China is not complete and enough. In America, there are many good universities are good at this filed, such as MSU. That's why my parens sent me to MSU to learn this major. However, a good learning environment and high qulity education is not enough. Students should do a lot social work, such as intership in a big supply chain company, or realiza the
global logistics dynamic. Because after we graduate and go out to find a job. Those companies are not only care about our degree, but also experience of this job.
I have many friend choose this major, and they are also searching for a big company to have an intership. But it is hard to find an intership in America as a international students. Therefore, I suppose to find an intership when I go back China next summer, before I graduate. It will be more helpful to me in the future.
